Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale or order only becomes such once we have received a properly completed order and payment is either authorized or received into our bank account. Our terms and conditions are legally binding and by continuing with a transaction, you are automatically confirming that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
Stocks of all goods are limited, but we will notify you if an item or items are sold out and we are no longer able to complete your order. We have an ordering policy of 7 working days should the item be out of stock.
Expected Delivery Periods
We ship products Monday through Friday. We aim to have your product shipped within 24 hours (2 business days) of receiving payment confirmation. These delivery times are calculated from the time we receive confirmation of payment on the order in question.
This delivery is applicable to customers all over South Africa on orders exceeding a R1000 value. Delivery takes 5 to 7 days with no exceptions.
Tracking Order Delivery:
We will forward you a tracking number as soon as the package has been posted. Tracking number will be sent within 1-2 working days after payment has been received into our bank account.
If an item is missing from your shipment:
Contact us either by e-mail: Sales@Diagnosticsforu.co.za or by telephone: 0715855128 within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.
Almost all computer based diagnostic tools are compatible with Windows XP & Windows 7 (Further system update and steps might be required for Windows 8 & 10). In-store software installation is done at a non-negotiable rate of R200; some computers might have to be left overnight for installation depending on complexity.
You are responsible for retaining your own record of sales and transactions.
We, are not responsible for any damage or loss of services that may result from not being able to use this website for any reason. Nor do we claim that the entire website is completely free of errors & will be available 100% of the time. You are encouraged to contact us regarding any errors, omissions & accessibility issues. We are also not responsible for any damage or loss of services that may result from the use of products acquired from this site.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This business is operated from the Republic of South Africa and is therefore governed by South African law. The parties hereby agree transactions concluded between them and constituted on these terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with South African law and that all disputes between them relating to the terms hereof will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gauteng Provincial Division of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa.
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver damaging code to this website or in an effort to gain unauthorized access, will be making themselves liable to prosecution and civil damages in the event that we suffered any damage or loss. You agree and assure us that your login name and password will be for your personal use only, will not be disclosed to a third party & that you are liable for any orders & payments made with your login name and password.
By using this website you consent to receiving electronic communications from us to your provided email address & that such communications will satisfy any legal requirements & that communications do not need to be “in writing” to be considered legal.
The offering on this website is available to South African residents only. We do not sell outside the South African border.

Returns & Refund
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS – WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR PRODUCT OF A SIMILAR VALUE OR ABOVE.
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns offered on Timing Tools, please make sure you purchase the correct tool.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/EFT Payment to your specified Bank Account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. If a product is purchased after 13:00 it will only be booked out with the courier company the following business day.
Deliveries and Shipping will exclude weekends and Public Holidays.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours from purchasing on our website with a Tracking number. Please note this excludes Public Holidays and weekends.
Customize the following: Timing Tools SA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless insurance was taken out on the package (this is for the customer’s own account). If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
